Return Period

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item. After this period, no refunds or exchanges can be made. You may try on the item, but it must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please ensure the product is well-packed to avoid any damage during transport.

Return Conditions

We accept returns for all new and unused items, except for promotional items. For hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, and skincare products cannot be returned. This restriction is clearly stated at checkout.

How to Make a Return?

You can request a return via email or through our contact form. To do so, send an email to support@getnolve.com or fill out the contact form on our website. In your request, please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the product if it is defective or damaged. We will then send you detailed return instructions. We aim to respond as quickly as possible and are happy to assist with any questions.

Exchange for Incorrect Size

If an item is too small or too large, you can exchange it for another size for a small fee. This is more cost-effective than returning the item and placing a new order. Contact us to learn about available options and the exact costs.

Return Costs

If you are returning an item for personal reasons, such as a change of mind, an incorrect size choice, or an unwanted item, the return shipping cost is your responsibility. If the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described, we will fully reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is processed correctly. We do not accept liability for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund

Once we receive and verify your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item. The initial shipping cost will be refunded if the entire order is returned. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please check your bank statement and contact us at support@getnolve.com if the amount has not been credited.

Defective Product or Order Error

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement free of charge. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will process it without issue. If there is a repeated incident, we will issue a full refund of your purchase.

Order Cancellation

Before shipping, you can cancel your order at any time for a full refund. After shipping, it is no longer possible to cancel your order. However, you can return the order following the return policy outlined above.
